Kontrah Lens is a private marketing reporting dashboard used to connect advertising, commerce, and analytics data for client reporting. This policy explains what data the tool processes and how it is used.

Information We Process

We may process account information such as user email addresses, access roles, brand names, connected account identifiers, OAuth tokens or API tokens, platform metrics, report drafts, report commentary, and sync status information.

How We Use Information

Information is used to authenticate users, connect authorized data sources, sync and store reporting metrics, generate dashboard views, create downloadable reports, and maintain product security and reliability.

Google User Data

When Google Ads or Google Analytics access is connected, Kontrah Lens uses the approved OAuth scopes only to read advertising and analytics reporting data for authorized accounts and properties. Google user data is not sold, transferred for advertising, or used for unrelated purposes.

Sharing and Service Providers

Data may be processed by service providers that host, store, or operate the product, including Vercel, Supabase, Google APIs, Meta APIs, Shopify APIs, and AI providers if an AI feature is enabled. Access is limited to authorized users and operational needs.

Data Retention and Removal

Reporting data is retained while a brand remains connected or while it is needed for historical reporting. Authorized admins can disconnect data sources or request deletion of stored brand data.
