Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of Kontrah Lens, a private marketing reporting dashboard for authorized agency and client users.

Authorized Use

You may use Kontrah Lens only if you are authorized to access the brands, accounts, and data sources connected to the dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring that connected platform access is permitted.

Reporting Data

The product syncs and summarizes data from third-party platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify. Platform data can change because of attribution delays, refunds, cancellations, API limitations, or platform corrections.

No Guarantee of Business Results

Dashboards, exports, and recommendations are provided for reporting and decision support. They do not guarantee advertising performance, revenue, profitability, or any specific business outcome.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access brands or accounts you are not authorized to view, interfere with platform integrations, or upload unlawful or confidential data that you do not have permission to process.

Third-Party Platforms

Kontrah Lens depends on third-party APIs and platform permissions. Availability and accuracy may be affected by those platforms, their policies, API limits, credential expiry, or account access changes.
